Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications. References to "Bangladesh" mean the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Verification

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

bdgd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Common grounds for Account action include, but are not limited to: confirmed or suspected identity fraud, age verification failure, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or persistent technical abuse of the platform.
